Building Bridges to Success: Strengthening Prosecutor Recruitment and Retention was originally presented at the Washington Association of County Officials’ 2023 Annual Conference in Everett, WA (September 28, 2023). The presentation addresses the pressing issues of prosecutor recruitment and retention, both nationally and in Washington State. This presentation attempts to go beyond simply discussing the challenges at hand.
