Building Bridges to Success: Strengthening Prosecutor Recruitment and Retention was originally presented at the Washington Association of County Officials’ 2023 Annual Conference in Everett, WA (September 28, 2023). Since then, VidaNyx has rebranded to Guardify. No educational content has been changed.
The presentation addresses the pressing issues of prosecutor recruitment and retention, both nationally and in Washington State. This presentation attempts to go beyond simply discussing the challenges at hand. Attendees will be equipped with actionable tools and strategies to effect real change within their organizations and tackle the recruitment and retention crisis.
